Very good! Teet’s sausage is smoked just enough and seasoned well. It’s great in gumbo especially when also using the smoked boned in Tasso.

This sausage is fantastic! We like to cut it into bite size pieces and air fry in (400 degrees, 7 minutes) and eat it as a snack, and we put it in soups, gumbos, etc.
